"The location was ok, between metro stations Manuel Montt and Salvador. All the staff were super nice!"

Acoustics. You could hear everything. No AC in my room, but it wasn't necessary either as it was not a very hot day.

"They price was amazing. You cannot find such a low privacy anywhere else in Lahore Pakistan. If we compare the price and facilities, it was totally worth the money."

I think they need to improve on water heating.

"The room, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of Papeete near the port. I really enjoyed my stay."

The bed was a little hard for me as a side sleeper.

I feel that all the hostels in Namibia are overpriced.

"Great value for the money. We had bug net on windows and around the bed. Hot water in the shower, you can see the ocean from the roof. Street is not busy, can park car next to a hotel door. Overall I'm really happy with my stay."

Lots of stairs. As others have said the entrance is not great.

"The security and cleanliness were phenomenal. I also loved having a large area to hang out and relax or grab a drink without going down to a pub was wonderful. Staff were always helpful and kind as well!"

Prices were a little expensive, but that was totally understandable given the high quality of the place and the amenities that were provided.

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

"Very nice staff and clean comfortable room and beds. The showers were very clean. The AC was wonderful in the hot summer days. Great place to explore Madrid on a budget!"

Everything was good!

"We loved how quaint & authentic the decor was. I felt I was in Peru & not in an American cookie cutter hotel. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. They fixed our TV issues quickly. Gave us bottled water & candy. Very nice breakfast including scrambled eggs! We were near the bluffs so an easy walk. Also to walk to the Indian Market was about 20-30 minutes, a decent stroll."

Construction next door was going on but stopped by 500pm. No air conditioning but was provided a fan which worked out to be fine

I didn't like that some guests were smoking in the public area, it's not possible according to the rules in the UAE. The washing machine and the fritz are sharing one plug, it's completely unbelievable why this Small problem was not taken care of a long time ago. The tap in the bathroom has a hole so the water is being sprayed all over the place. This is clearly a proof of bad leadership in this company when small things can't be fixed 😔 The staff Fayas is doing a good job keeping the place clean, and are always smiling 😊
