Like everyone else said, the hill to get there is quite steep, but you do get used to it. The six bed dorm was quite spacious, but I do wish the beds were more comfortable and had curtains!

"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"Nice studio and well equipped. The studio is situated in a beautiful inner garden of the house with trees which provide shade and there is a table where you can stay and drink a coffe and relax. Nice and helpful owner. Free Parking on the street. Close to public transport which takes you to the city center."

"I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff were incredible, especially Alexander he was super friendly, always available, and ready to help with anything. He really made the experience even better❤️❤️❤️. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. they have a professional cleaner everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was fully furnished, clean, and easy to use 👌👌. Most importantly, I had so much fun staying here. The atmosphere was great, and I felt comfortable the whole time. It didn’t bother me but our room was adjacent road which has some car traffic. Closing the window blocked most traffic sound.
