"The highlight of this hotel is the pool area. Both of the swimming pools are ideal for lounging and enjoying sunlight. Another benefit is the free WiFi, which allowed me to enjoy some downtime while staying connected. It's an excellent place to relax and rejuvenate."

"Some front desk staff were abrupt and unwelcoming. When I arrived I didn't even get a hello, just a look. No 'welcome to sunbay', literally not even 'hi'. This was a bit of a shock after a long journey. Was charged and told the room number - but no information about breakfast, facilities. No drinking water in room and had not been told that tap water was drinkable (as they didn't communicate on check in) Fridge made weird noise so I had to unplug it Water temp unpredictable in shower but it was not too bad Late check out not available and no area to shower if you had a later flight. Again - during these convos I found the front desk staff to be cold. Yes it is a bit dated but this is not advertised as a 5 star hotel. It's a 3 star and it acts like it. Front desk staff could learn from the restaurant staff about how to be friendly and kind, chatty and get to know the customers. Before I stayed I was sent two scam style messages from the hotel asking for credit card details...."
