"Location was good.Close to a lot of good food and Chinese cuisine. And just opposite DNCC Super Market for the pearls shopping. Swimming pool was alright , no piercing sun though in the afternoon. Good security and especially the tall handsome hotel staff Kamrul who was very helpful to us when we have problems communications with the rickshaw riders just opposite the hotel. He made sure we are back safe and sound as well. Felt very safe within the area"

"Very large and well furnished room. Broad choice for breakfast and i liked everything I've eaten. High security standard. I had to change my travelling plans after the cancellation deadline and the hotel management kindly accepted to change the reservation without chargin me the penalty. I really appreciated the effort. I will surely return to Westin nest time i fly to Dhaka."
"Nothing in particular. The only complain is about the fact that the guy at the check-in desk couldn't find one of my collegue reservation (again made via booking) and he wasn't very cooperative. Perhaps he wasn't simply in a good mood, but I woulnd not expect such behaviour in an hotel like this one."
