"The B&B is centrally located for Ypres. It had a cute roof terrace and the breakfast was very good, with excellent eggs and bacon and lots of choice. The room also has air con. The hosts were really lovely, very welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was as good as possible."
"Unfortunately our room was at the top of the stairs which are very squeaky and the guests in the room next to us decided to come home very late then keep going up and down the stairs several times between 1 and 4am. Consequently we didn’t sleep. As well the twin beds are super narrow and not overly comfortable and the toilet is in a cupboard in the room, so would suggest you stay there if you’re comfortable with the person you’re traveling with. Those two things probably wouldn’t have been an issue but alongside the lack of sleep we decided to cut our stay short and go somewhere else."
"Well, to begin - our hosts were welcoming, helpful and fun to talk with. The B&B was in a great location - on a quiet street a short walk from the town center. The room was small (to be expected in a historic building), but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - fresh pastries, homemade jams, and Sofie offered eggs as you like them. Convenient free parking is a couple of blocks away. Staying there felt more like staying with a favorite relative, rather than in an impersonal hotel. Highly recommended!"

"We were made so welcome, Sofie and her son were very helpful, he (Cody? Sorry, it’s been a few weeks!) helped us with our bags and even drove with us to park the car - which wasn’t far from the accommodation but we definitely would have got lost! The room was lovely, the breakfast superb and it was an easy stroll into the beautiful centre of town."

"Sophie is amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and have all the extras that you could possibly need. Sophie is a fabulous cook and the breakfasts were amazing. There were four of us and we had enough food for fifteen people."

"A very good B&B experience. Breakfast was laid out every morning in our private breakfast area. Sophie cooked bacon and eggs each morning. Delicious! Lode and Sophie were terrific hosts. Very warm, friendly and helpful."
