"Great staff, took lots of time to help you get oriented. The spa area is really nice. The room was very comfortable and the building is beautiful. It’s a little outside the city center, but with an easy tram connection and convenient to the train station."

"I don’t totally understand the point of the private sauna booking system. There are two saunas and a steam bath, as well as a pool. Plenty of much larger hotels have less than that and allow you to just go whenever is convenient - so you can go for a quick session after dinner or in the afternoon when you’re tired from exploring and want to take a break. But having to book a time slot here makes it a whole event that needs to be planned around."

"The ambiance of the hotel is great, it has a very classical feeling to it. It's a great building to use as a hotel. We were received by very friendly staff that spent fifteen minutes happily explaining us how the hotel operated and where in the city we should go to do fun activities. We were also able to charge the car on the parking spot they provided for us."

"Maybe that some parts of the hotel can feel a bit dated but that is mostly because of the age of the building than anything else. So I'd highly recommend staying here for a couple of days."

"Very sweet hotel, the lady at the reception was extremely friendly. She told us everything we can do in the city in a nutshell. The room size was very good. The breakfast was also quite good. It is not in the center but you can reach the city easily with the tram. The station like next door. It’s very convenient. Or if tou want to walk, it is around 35min. So also not so bad."

"A bit out of the main area of Ghent- but a great location not too far of a walk from the station. Check in was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very spacious and tidy, more than big enough for the two of us. Reserving the private pool was quickly done at the counter, and for the small hour (which felt longer than it did- really) it was great to kick back and relax swimming. Breakfast was good."

"Wooden floor in the room was a bit noisy in certain spots- but not everywhere. The mounted television was a bit far away from the bed- had to turn the volume up quite a bit just to hear it. The private pool is a bit small, large enough to take a dip and relax in- but it will not be for everybody. No dinner service is available here, but you are allowed to order food and eat it in the dining area whilst you can (optionally) order drinks from the bar."
