"Olivier was an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and very accommodating. Even though English isn’t his first language, we never had any trouble understanding each other. The location is excellent as well, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, making meals easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!"
"The price was higher than usual because of the F1 Grand Prix, which is understandable, though still a bit more than I would have hoped. Also, future guests should note that the unit does not have A/C."

"The location is on a corner and as it was a big F1 weekend. The bar across the street had some noise late into the night. We still slept well, but if you are sensitive to sound it could be an issue."

"Great location for Spa race circuit. Lovely big apartment with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Owners were easy to reach if we had issues Parking is on the street but we had no problems finding a spot"
"Had a few issues with hot water going off, but owners were quick to respond. Seems to be an ongoing issue. Although did mean there was no hot water on the day we left at 7am for our Euro tunnel back which wasn’t ideal. Bring cash for the city tax"
"Nice spacious apartment in the centre of Francorchamps with everything you need for your stay. Close proximity to the circuit, about a 15 min walk. Street parking but managed to get a space nearby. Thanks for having us!"

"Everything. Stunning apartment. Beautiful decor. Home from home and had everything we needed. Great location. Michel was only a few doors away. Always on hand if needed. Very charming man. Stones throw from Spa circuit. Really charming village."

"Nice Location, easy access to the Freeway and convenient to Antwerp, Gent, and Flanders bike races. Lots of space to hang and and everything we could need in the kitchen. It is located on a busy road, but it is quiet at night."

"Travelling for work so having and appartment with cooking facillities is ideal for me. The appartment was a nice size, perfect for two people, very comfy bed and good powerful shower which are my two musts in any hotel. Instructions send prior to arrival were clear with passcodes for the building and room. Very easy to find the building and the car parks were all sign posted even in English, the parking itself was easy and again well signposted so you knew which part to park in for you appartment building. Lift takes you straight up into the appartments, which were easy to find and easy to enter with the previously emailed passcode. I used the pool fascilities on the first night."
