"Pros: The place was well located and absolutely peaceful! The room was spacious and clean, great wifi speed, electric kettle, and A/C. I also loved being able to use the kitchen common areas, and was given access to the pool. The ladies at the reception were super adorable, always available and ready to help. Breakfast was made with local products."

"Cons: Toilet was not part of the room but in the corridor, needed more privacy. The mosquito net I requested upon arrival had holes, but they changed it as soon as I reported it. Room’s shower drain needs to be cleaned. Give clear indications on room cleaning options upon arrival and general facilities informations (what’s included in the rate, to be paid, access to pool, laundry, etc) Update the breakfast menu as it mentions “fresh fruits” but it’s none. More local options would be nice. The pool was not cleaned or functional, but this was fixed after I jumped in for a swim. Provide a “print” or QR code of activities, restaurants, or main attractions near by. Some doorman could be more involved and might offer assistance when needed."

"B & B Le Nomade is a discreet oasis in the bustling city of Ouagadougou. Simply furnished but comfortable rooms and beds. Incredibly clean. Internet is EXCELLENT for work, video calls and streaming. Staff and management are professional, efficient and customer-centered, but maintain a sense of family and home. The beautiful garden, balconies off of rooms and pool all make for a great place to work and relax. Multiple restaurants will deliver here, and guests are welcome to use the kitchen. The hotel owner is exceptionally friendly and professional, going above and beyond to meet client needs. I have stayed here multiple times and would not stay anywhere else in Ouaga. This last trip I stayed an entire month and"

"Air con wasn’t great, but having the ceiling fan helped. Breakfast is just a baguette, banana, juice and then coffee/hot chocolate. You have to pay extra for an omelette."

"Garden and terrace are like a little oasis, excellent breakfast under the palmtrees with birds singing. The local bread is delicious and coffee was good, they have real espresso. The pool is a life saver in this heat, and the outside area is very calm and perfect for relaxing. There are gread food options that can be ordered from the B&B - try the brochette de capitaine (fish skewer)! Some restaurants are within walking distance, e.g. Paillote du Bois (local dishes). The staff was wonderful and left nothing to be desired."
