"We stayed in a spacious, one-bedroom apartment that was both big and clean. It was great to have a full kitchen and a balcony. The spa facilities were great, and the breakfast was also good."

"While the apartment itself was lovely, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable. The hotel felt quiet and many of the public areas were dimly lit, which made it feel like we were the only ones there. In addition, there was no running water in the rooms on two separate occasions, which was quite inconvenient. The saunas in the spa also didn't work every day, which was disappointing. For breakfast, we were expecting a buffet but were surprised to find it was a la carte. This limited the options for the kids, as basic items like juice weren't available. The most frustrating issue, however, was with the in-room coffee. The coffee capsules were placed in a box with complimentary tea and sugar, making it seem like they were free. At checkout, we were told we had to pay for them, which was both misleading and annoying."

"Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money."

"Amazing hotel, everything is well organized and the room was very big and comfortable, the hotel is very clean and we enjoyed to relax in the pool/jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. The stuff was very kind and helped us with every request. We had a great room with mountains view, large storage space, organized kitchen and very comfortable king size bed."

"The only thing that was hard for us as first time skiers was the walk to the ski rent place and gondola,but, the hotel supplies a shuttle to the gondola and back to the hotel almost every hour. (We didn’t knew it in our first days..)"
