"A wonderful place, furnished in a modern style, with a direct view of the sea from the room. We visited the resort in winter and the room was very well heated. The breakfast was very rich, you can choose from several options for the breakfast menu. The outdoor space is remarkable, with many original art installations and sculptures, with a wonderful view of the sea, nice and well-kept lawns and several pools. I highly recommend it to other guests."

"I didn’t like the services of some people on the staff and the food. Also we got there at the end of the season and the outside area was dirty, i saw bottles on the ground and some trash near the sea."

"The hotel is beautiful, great vacation and relaxation, very calm atmosphere, amazing access to the sea, very good maintenance of the public areas and the design of the gardens with the unique sculptures is beautiful We loved it."

"The housekeeping of the room needs a bit of upgrade (cleaning not so good, bedding not well maintained). The breakfast has rich with veritiy, but can be upgraded easily (for example - warm the eggs and the pastries)"

"We reserved the superior room because it looked to be the best class of room on booking. We just didn’t realize that it’s the furthest from all the facilities and located up on the main road. The views from our superior suite were very limited compared to the less expensive rooms (double deluxe for example). The room was still very nice but this was hard to understand from the description so just be aware if you are booking a superior room."

"Every thing about this resort is great, but they must go to renovation of some furniture like chairs in restaurant, terrace etc and also about cleaning, but almost all is great in this complex and it’s not worth about this small stuff to be excellent!"

"We love everything. Great location, great rooms, amazing amenities. When we come to the sea in Bulgaria 99% of the time we stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone I know."

"All the staff was very nice, but for the type of stablishment I would expect for the restaurant staff to be more attentive to the hotel guest. For example, when I ordered a drink by the pool it took over 20 minutes to get the drink, and I was looking over for a while to order another drink, which I never did because there was no one around to take my order. In another occasion when I didn't see anyone by the pools taking care of the guest, I went to the bar and there were 3 staff members crouching behind the bar on their phones. That is the only thing I could say the hotel could do better, because other than that everything was excellent!"

"Location, the views are breathtaking. the hotel is on a cliff, everywhere you look you see the beautiful sea. Also, there is a really nice place to walk, a lot of green grass, the garden is like a mini maze. They also have an infinity pool and lots of sunbeds located around the area, not just by the pool. The rooms are very big, with lots of storage areas, nice bathroom and a cozy terrace from where you can enjoy the amazing view"

"The room was nice and clean but the bathroom had a terrible moldy smell. We tried to use the vent fan and kept the door open to avoid mustiness from the shower but it didn’t help. The restaurant was disappointing. I understand we came at a low point in the season so the options were limited. However the prices were outrageous for what we got. We ordered a Greek salad and that was the only thing out of our dinner that was actually “ fresh” The pork ribs were dry and tough and they had a terrible BBQ sauce drowning them, probably used to mask the fact the meat was not fresh. I will give the fries a 10 but the pork ribs made me and my husband sick with diarrhea. The prawns were also terrible! They tasted frozen and the salad greens were old and bitter, they had quite a lot of brown leaves. The waitress was nice and the service was great but the food was awful! The complimentary breakfast was also terrible. The French toast was very spongy and had a weird oily aftertaste. The hard boiled eggs were impossible to open and were undercooked. The croissants looked like they were frozen and reheated but mine were so tough they were very hard to bite or tear. They were left in the microwave or oven too long so they didn’t have a nice airy light texture. The only redeeming quality was the view. The tablecloths were stained and the decor was a bit dated."
