"Almost everything was perfect. We stay for 3 days and all experience was amazing. May be they could improve parking process to have less complexity for the guests. Also beds could be a bit more comfortable."

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and warm. I especially appreciated having a terrace, which was a priority for me. The animation team did a great job despite the small play area. The themed evening discos and dances for kids were excellent. The full-day kindergarten is a brilliant idea—they teach children how to ski on the hotel’s own private slope, allowing parents to ski all day while the kids are entertained. We were also very happy with the food; it was plentiful, varied, and delicious."
