Hotel COOP, Sofia

"The room was super spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is a daily cleaning service at the room. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options, including different local delicacies every day! The location is pretty central. Around 10 mins walk for most central locations, including the Cathedral, the old church of Saint Sophia and central Metro Stations of "Orlov most" and "Serdika II"."

"One might find the neighborhood a bit noisy at times. Which is kind of expected, as the hotel is located at the city center."

"Everything was excellent and 10, before I leave it was 6, I asked if I can get breakfast The lady at reception told of course and gave me a pocket. The bread was completely molded, apple as well!!! I saw as I was in bus ? How could happend if I ate that!!?? 😡"

"The hotel felt nice inside and had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was big enough for a family of three, and the bath tube was huge. The staff were kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout."

"I was cut by the shower handle and there was no one to change the handle because there is no maintenance person on Sunday. They changed our room and the TV didn't work."

"The location was really good. Just a short walk and we were at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The bedroom was really spacious so there was lots of room to lay two suitcases flat open and still move around easily. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. The hotel was also really quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially with my gluten free breakfast needs)."

"The bracket that holds the shower head to the wall was a little broken which meant we had to bend down but otherwise nothing!"
