"It was our anniversary. so we opted for the Premium King Room. The room was comfortable and stylish. Near to the metro which gives you access to all of Sofia. and the restaurants are heavenly. (skip room service though). But walk outside into the garden and have some sushi and you will be delighted."
"It is perhaps a little Gaudy in the lobby, and the room service is very lacking since they have such great steaks and sushi on offer from the other restaurants that they just don't provide to the rooms. The hotel staff are a bit nonchalant for such an establishment, but honestly better than most Sofia hotels."

"Breakfast. The scrambled eggs were not well done it was not full cooked after 2 small bites I was nauseous. The bacon was hard couldn't bite proper. Also at the floor 15 there was smellong 2 days with Marihuana. It was terrible!!!!!"

"The hotel was lovely, it was better than what we expected from the pictures on Bookings.com. I would advise updating the pictures in their website. The pool was fantastic for our son, he used it every morning."
