"The location was amazing. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very nice. The spa was really nice. The Jacuzzi was excellent. There was also a warm pool. It was easy to get to the spa directly via the elevator."
"The breakfast was not that good. On weekdays there was no cornflakes and no juice. Sometimes there was omelet and sometimes not. The coffee was not good. The staff was polite but did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate."

"The hotel was very nice, right in the center, parking is ok at the weekend and free. very quite at night, plenty of places to eat within 2 mins walk. the spa is very good not to busy at the weekend, open from 10.00-19.30. the hotel is like a 4star hotel."
"In the spa the could put the steam/sauna rooms on before the spa open so they can warm up, check that there is plenty of free water for people to drink, and also have a clock there so people know how long they have been there."
