"The hotel was really nice overall. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The spa facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the steam room and the swimming pool. The restaurant within the hotel was very convenient to have, and their terrace is beautiful and the food was excellent. The staff, for the most part, was very friendly."
"The housekeeping was a bit sloppy. Only on the day before our departure was the room cleaned properly, otherwise it was done in a rush. I think they might have a staff shortage for housekeeping. Another thing I found strange was that we sat for a glass of wine on their terrace two nights in a row. First night we were charged 8 Lev for a glass of wine, the other night we were charged 8 Euros for a glass of wine. I mentioned this when paying and they said that "recently" their prices changed, and I asked if they changed overnight and they said "yes". In any case, I assume this was a mistake somewhere, but then just say it was a mistake instead of inventing a supposed overnight price change. Another thing that would be nice to have, especially in a 5 star hotel, is a mini bar, which our room did not have."
