"The hotel is 4 starts but the facilities and everything felt like a 5 stars hotel , everything was in the right place, the room was very comfortable and clean. the people at the lobby were nice and helpful"

"When we took a lunch at the hotel restaurant one of the waitress couldn't get us basic service, didn't know the menu and couldn't tell which dish is which when she brought it to our table, her manager was excellent and cover for her , so we did enjoyed our lunch there afterall"
