"The property is one of the best deals in town. Location is about a 5-7 min walk from town. It’s secure and has everything one would Need for the stay. It’s not fancy and doesn’t have any restaurants or facilities on site. Hence the rates. But very clean, functional and well kept"

"I stayed here for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel consists of six-room cabanas in a quiet part of town, about a 5–10 minute walk from the main attractions of the island. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and peaceful. The room had air conditioning, a fan, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful private bathroom with a step-in shower. The beds were comfortable, with soft pillows and high-quality linens. Small touches like complimentary water, a kettle for coffee/tea, and glassware made the stay even better. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and welcoming. While the location is slightly outside the main hub, it’s an easy walk or you can rent a bike from them. Overall, this is a top-notch, affordable stay for those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Would definitely return!"

"The room was clean (even on sandy/humid Caye Caulker). The a/c and bathroom worked well. Our host was kind and gave us helpful recommendations including where to get dinner and the need to make reservations, which we were easily able to get day of via facebook messenger to the restaurant. It made our evening much smoother!"
"It was a pretty far walk from many destinations on Caye Caulker. If you're not up for the walk, you can easily find a golf cart taxi to get you there."

"This was a great little place to stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a kettle,fridge and water provided and a binder with great food recommendations! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting caye caulker!"

"Overall, a well kept property as depicted in their photos. Attentive staff, but not overpresent. Area felt safe, and was close to a lot of the lesser tourister areas, but close to some great eateries and viewscapes. I also like it is a small-scale local, none of these large monstrosities being built around the island."
"Only complaint was there was construction noise early from a nearby structure. Around 7 it started outside the bathroom window. It looks like that will be wrapping up soon. There's nothing they can do, but for transparency sake."
