"The place is very well-maintained, nice and clean apartments/rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owner. He tried to do his best to provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Nice yard full of flowers, clean swimming pool. Amazingly low price for such a nice motel! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, dear owner!"

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
