"This was our first stay at Carleton Lodge and and my entire family was very impressed with the room, particularly, the gorgeous ski slope view from the room towards the mountain. The location was very convenient to the gondola as well as the village. We will definitely return."

"The location was amazing. Just steps away from the gondola and the lifts with a handy locker for skis. We were so close to all the restaurants at night. And the view overlookingvthe mountain and the lifts was charming. It was just above the longhorn bar but sound really wasn’t a problem. The beds & pillows were ridiculously comfortable. We loved them! I slept so well! I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the master. Of note, Even the pullout sofa was really comfortable! We checked in at sundial hotel and their staff was really friendly. Our unit hand a convenient pass code entry. It was great having a washer and drier in the unit and the heated floor in the master was a nice touch!"

"We did a little cooking and I thought the kitchen had a few shortcomings. The knives were horribly dull and one had a dangerously loose handle. I wish there was a crockpot. Also would have been nice to either containers with lids or maybe plastic wrap or tin foil for left over storage. But other than that it did have the other basics. Overall the decor was a little dated and basic but for the price the location totally made up for it! We would go back in a heartbeat."

"For a living room of that size, the TV could have been bigger. In addition, the amenities listed on the website said that there was access to streaming services, but when we asked about it, they said that was only for guests of the Sundial Hotel. This ended up being a moot point because the weather cleared up, but it was originally supposed to rain the entire day and our plan had been to hang out in the living room and watch movies. If you have your own firestick or Chromecast, I would bring it."
