"Nicely located by the water in Trinity. Well maintained older Inn. Pleasant dining space , although the restaurant was only available for breakfast ( mid Sept). Nice upper floor lounge available for guests. Staff were very nice!"
"Older Inn was a bit noisy from squeaky floors and hinges. Outside looked like it was in the process of being repainted."

"What a lovely inn! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the town of Trinity was the prettiest place we stayed in Newfoundland. Wish we could have stayed longer at Eriksen Premises!"

"The Eriksen Premises is in the heart of Trinity - the prettiest town one could hope to visit! We stayed in the upper floor of the Premises and although the room was small, it was very comfortable and clean. There is a large common room down the hall that has coffee/tea, water and an ice machine! There are comfy chairs and sofas to make visiting with other guests comfortable. There are even games to play. We were there at the beginning of the off season so some shops were closed or were on limited hours but the restaurants opened close by were excellent. Staff at the Premises were so very helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast was very good although only one item was on the menu!"

"Very comfy beds! Nice gift shop with lovely gifts! Breakfast inclusive. Within walking distance of the Rising Tide Theatre . Gun Hill walking trail close by. Sitting room with ice machine, fridge, tea and coffee. Plug I. Drying rack for towels, fans for warmer days."
