"Beautiful setting, quite a Novel place to stay. The breakfast was good and the staff were really good!"

The WiFi was not great at all, no WiFi in the rooms at all. The bar/restaurant in the evening was closed very early, with no facility to make a drink, not even drinking water in the room. If you do not have a car, I would not recommend staying here.

"Cosy room, spotless clean, with all the necessary facilities (coffee maker, electric kettle). Easy access to Luxembourg City by bus that runs every 10 mins. Kopstal itself is a village in a valley that feels like you are in the middle of mountains. Despite that, has 3 good restaurants, including one that doubles as a very nice pub."

"Incredible staff, accommodated a late check-in and arranged airport pickup. Although no frills and simple, that is by no means a negative. The perfect location made me feel like a local. Views of the port from the terrace and right across the street from the bus station. Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Will stay again."

"The Apartments are located in the nice area, in the mountain village, so the surrounding is beautiful. The breakfast is such a unique experience, composed of homemade goodies, nicely delivered by the friendly staff (i would definitely recommend trying it)."

The bathroom was in the apartment, divided from the rest of the room by a sanded glass only, which does not reach the ceiling, with no special ventilation.

"The location was quite nice with accessibility to all nearby lively places. The staffs were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The bathtub was amazing with the glassy roof making it a nice relaxing atmosphere."

There was only some noise from the nearby pubs that somehow disturb at night.

"The B&B is situated right next to a freeway, but it is a beautiful, well maintained place which contains walkways winding around the ponds, playgrounds for children, two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), and a restaurant. The b&b staff was efficient, flexible, and accommodating. We received immediate assistance when we complained about excessively noisy neighbours. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some have small terraces equipped with tables and chairs. The restaurant is superb: the menu offers a variety of starters, salads, mains, and drinks. Fish is prominent on the menu, but, given the name of the place, it is to be expected. The restaurant brews their own beer and kvass, both of which are highly recommended. The service is courteous and efficient. We are happy to leave a very positive review in spite of the unfortunate neighbours (which was not the hotel’s fault)."

The sound insulation in the rooms could be a little better, and more vegetable options could be provided at the breakfast. The bread basket might benefit from a pair of tongs, as many people were taking bread with bare hands.

Location is relatively far from the metro lines (roughly 15 minutes in each direction), The hotel offers free laundry machines, but the dryer is not very good and leaves the clothes damp, need to air dry a few hours

Nothing - everything was perfect!

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

The stairs in the hotel were very steep. If you are with a child or an elderly person, it will be difficult to climb the floors.

"Very clean and convenient. Manager was very helpful. Loved the homely made roti at breakfast. I've been to 40+ countries but this was the most helpful staff ever. They went the extra mile. 10/10"

The hot water for showers took a long time and then it was intermittent.

"Staff is very polite and helpful. The wellness area is top notch. Breakfast is abundant in great variety. All accommodation and service areas are upscale and modern. The wellness area is top notch, super experience"

Staff does not speak English except for the receptionist. It is very annoying. All signs are in Slovakian. There are plenty of foreigners who are lost when it comes to reading Slovakian. The heating regulation does not work in rooms so we had to sleep in 25 degrees ending up cracking windows.

The water pressure was not consistent. At some point we could not bath because there was no water coming from the shower but if you wake up early enough you re okay.

"Great place, friendly host, very clean and well equipped room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local products. I enjoyed staying in this place. Highly recommend! It’s easier to get to the property by car. Not sure about public transportation."

The apartment is on very busy street and is quite loud event in the night.
