"Le fait que j’ai du faire un suivi pour le parfum que ma mère avait oublier dans la chambre j’ai tel tout suite le lendemain et j’ai du me déplacer pour mon retour à aller vérifié où était rendu la recherche!! Je trouve plate que la femme de chambre n’ait pas rapporté au objet perdu de plus j’y étais pour la fête de ma mère mais finalement ça ces bien terminé merci au préposer de l’accueil d’avoir pris cette recherche au sérieux merci a votre équipe."
