"The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and there was no carpet, and the cappuccino machine in the lobby was great in the morning. The $25 pet fee for our small non-shedding dog was very reasonable."
"The sliding door from our room was very old, difficult to slide and awkward to lock. There were no cups of any kind in the room (we had to go to the desk and ask for some) and they ran out of coffee cups in the morning for the complimentary cappuccino."

"Quality Inn was nice and quiet, especially after a long day at a dance competition. Staff were friendly, the two that I saw, and efficient. Breakfast normally started at 7:00am, but they started it early for the dancers, which was really nice of them to do. The room was decent size and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since this location is kind of on the outskirts of town, there didn't seem to be much questionable activity, which is quite nice."
"It's not really a complaint, but I found the breakfast lacking, I appreciated it, and I was able to feed my dancer, but I wish it had a better variety. We spent less than twelve hours here, and there wasn't much to this location, so value wise, I'm on the fence, but overall, I don't have anything that I truly disliked."

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
