"Location is great. Rooms were clean and look recently enough renovated."
"The reception staff on Friday 13th March when we checked in didn’t explain the breakdown of the charges. Asked me to put my credit card in and enter my details and I had to pause and ask what she was charging me. She was almost annoyed I even asked. Please ask staff to explain this before charging customers. Room service breakfast is not worth the price. Go into Niagara on the lake there are plenty of options."
"Clean, well maintained and the staff was excellent."

"As soon as we walked onto the property, we were impressed by how inviting and beautiful everything felt. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Our room was great. we booked the king room with a fireplace, and it exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including the pool and spa, were truly top-notch."

"Very comfortable and well-appointed king-size bedroom with fireplace that overlooked the marina. Quiet, relaxing, and within short walking distance to the Festival Theatre as well as the shops and restaurants downtown. Staff were very friendly and professional. A rose was left on our pillow which was a very charming touch and we appreciated the free parking."

"Nothing!!!"
"Welcoming staff, beautifully decorated hotel, lovely and sparkling clean room. Location and shuttle service made it perfect!"
"One out of two breakfasts ordered at Tiara's was simply put- awful. Scrambled eggs were burnt and a massive pile of almost raw bacon was brought to me. When asked to have it "cooked" it returned much later having been mircowaved to a completely burnt state. Our server Lisa was very apologetic, tried to amend the situation with another option of food but at that point I almost felt ill. She did her best to reflect the terrible breakfast on our bill."

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
