"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

Some of the fourniture was a little old and that really impacts the perception of gests. This does not mean that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just a question of maintenance of the fourniture.

Staff!! Before I leave, during the check out I was accusing I took a charger cable. I let her know I didn’t take it but she was affirming she left the cord by the speaker, then she called something to confirm that it was not there. But I left the place very upset! Next time do double check of the object are in the apartment! Beside this, the experience was great !

"The area is pretty remote, the facilities were really good provided. Greateful for hosting me especially so far in the season. Meal is modest as you would expect, essentially and locally made 👌. The staff is great, helpful and beyond happy to receive guests. Borsh is a dream loved to have it all for ourselves. All the best to staff, I believe they can be the best. Will come back!"

There are overall details that can be made smoother and better and I believe they'll get there.

"New, comfortable room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Good internet. Quiet in a safe district. 15 min in the bus number 10 or 12 to the city center. Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

It is number 1 on the intercom when you arrive there. it is not written Conforto.

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.

"It’s really nice stay here 6 night, it very chill and all the greens and trees around you, it’s very relaxing!"

It’s very nature so you will see geckos in the room, they don’t bother you but it’s quite big one which it a bit scary
