"This is an incredibly magical place. Anna, Paulo and their teams have done an amazing job of providing five-star service in the middle of a beautiful jungle. The accommodations are smart and clean and rustic elegant. The water is warm, clear and clean. Perfect for a swim after trekking the jungle. Perhaps even better this Lodge contributes to the sustainable development of the local communities and to reduced poaching and illegal logging. They work closely with the ministry of environment and local rangers. Highly recommend this stay."

"The area is pretty remote, the facilities were really good provided. Greateful for hosting me especially so far in the season. Meal is modest as you would expect, essentially and locally made 👌. The staff is great, helpful and beyond happy to receive guests. Borsh is a dream loved to have it all for ourselves. All the best to staff, I believe they can be the best. Will come back!"

There are overall details that can be made smoother and better and I believe they'll get there.

The food takes too long to be served.

"New, comfortable room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Good internet. Quiet in a safe district. 15 min in the bus number 10 or 12 to the city center. Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

It is number 1 on the intercom when you arrive there. it is not written Conforto.

No proper toliet

"Breakfast was perfect! Dinner was delicious… Enjoyed the room… it was beautiful! And well equipped for cold weather. Staff was so nice and friendly! Great location!"

Unfortunately, they cannot have a shower in the dome.. that was the only inconvenience!

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.
