Luxury tents in Kazakhstan

"I had such a great stay at Lac Castor! My hut was right on the lake and was well stocked with firewood and cooking utensils. It was a little more off-grid than I expected. It seems as though the huts lighting works from solar power only so the lights did start to cut out in the evening, there isn't much/any cell service and there weren't outlets to be able to charge my phone. The communal toilets however did have working outlets that could be used. But I would 100% stay here again! The site is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Being able to take a canoe out onto the lake at sunset was just magic! And the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!"

It would be nice to have more power to the huts, but I was very happy with it nonetheless.

"New, comfortable room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Good internet. Quiet in a safe district. 15 min in the bus number 10 or 12 to the city center. Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

It is number 1 on the intercom when you arrive there. it is not written Conforto.

We experienced difficulties getting the keys due to a small mistake by the staff, but it was resolved fairly quickly. In summer, it gets quite hot at night in the houses.

"Loved being in my own private forest. Mickey who was taking care of the place was great. Totally natural off the grid kind of place. Great views from my room through the forest to the ocean."

"The location is a bit out of the city center, which you can expect for accommodation in yurts. It is a pleasant, peaceful, quiet location. The tent was really clean and nice. The lady who welcomed me was very kind, the breakfast was very tasty and the property itself is beautiful. During my stay, they were still doing some work, I believe, so it will be even nicer over time. But it was already top of the top!"

When I marked the location of the accommodation on Yandex, the driver had some problems finding the accommodation. The same thing happened to me when I left. The drivers and employees were so friendly that I just handed them the phone and they arranged everything themselves.

We travelled around by car and when we got back to the teepee we found a warm place to stay, wifi, bath, a fireplace for cooking or relaxing and whatching the full sky of stars, surounded with the sounds of crickets."
