"Very central location. Merely 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Cute cafe opposite and plenty of food and bars around. The room is very nice, it's clean and has heater. Towels are provided, the shower is shared but it's very clean and the water is nice and hot especially during winter. There's a small TV in the room as well."

Can be stuffy as it's during the winter, the windows was not allowed to be open due to the heater.

"The owner were really kind. The landscape around the house is great. Good start for hiking. They offer transportation to/from the village of Mavrovi Anovi. They can cook for you if you ask in advance."

A little bit cold even in summer but they provide big blankets. The hot water is not always working. The owners don't speak English but their grand daughter does so you can call her to translate. There is no wifi but it's a good digital detox.

"Chris and Saba's home is lovely, we were so comfortable during our brief stay. Chris's garden is beautiful respite from the bustle of Mekele, and both he and Saba were a wealth of knowledge for trip planning. The local honey and fresh guava smoothie at breakfast were an extra treat."

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

"This was such a great space and I had a few more days to book an Uvita and re-booked here. Awesome atmosphere, fair price, quiet, and all the workers and people there were super kind. Great space ! Loved that each room had a back patio and only 4 to a room was really nice too. Thank you!"

My only two cons are: 1) Location, if you have a car you will be ok, if not, well, I am used to walk but the road here does not have much illumination or clean sidewalks, so, be careful 2) Hosts, your WIFI sucks(4MBps); I am in a new hostel and the wifi is exactly as bad as yours, so, for a moment I though this could be the regular wifi speed in the island, is not, on any coffee shop I found WIFI with speed up to 888Mbps.

"The owners were right next door and very accomodating. They were very nice people.The apartment was clean and everything was provided. The air conditioner worked well and there was a little outdoor porch with a breeze. There was also a washing machine in the apartment."

Thibaud is rather isolated and buses are few and far between.

"We had nice space and plenty of beds. The location was great for Sorenson time at lake Bled. Plenty of parking. The blankets were warm."

We had two rooms, when arriving the rooms were cold. We let them know and they turned the heat on, the larger room got less cold but the smaller room did not. The heater in room did not heat up anything. Also when reserving we were told about restauant eating options but on arrival was told it was closed for the holiday. Bottom line we needed a place to sleep and change our clothes for one night and that is what we got. I would stay again but bring more blankets and a heater.

AC microwave and kettle.Although to use these items, you have to constantly unplug something to use the two outlets that are readily available in the room. Things that are particularly beyond her control. Such as having the landscaping done the full day I stayed in my room, having chickens squawking starting at 4 o'clock in the morning and other loud birds making me wake up before. I wanted to, neighbors. playing loud music. The property itself was just fine. The only thing I and other people seem to not like about it was if you wanted to go up-and-down to the town. You have to go up-and-down all these steps and go down around a bend at the intersection. Although the other girl staying there said she found a bunch of steps down near the bottom that would have cut out the bend and came more directly up to the street. We were on that. I didn't know about. I only went down there once and then it started pouring rain and I came back up later. And never went down again.There's also limited if any parking and if you have a car you'd have to park on the street with every.One else. My biggest complaint has to be that on the booking website months ago that there was airport shuttle, it says free twice on the website. And I booked it thinking I could get a ride from the Scarborough ferry up 2 the place and then back over to THE Airport where I was staying after and this is not true when I pointed that out to her and she acted like she didn't know anything. About it well when you set up the website on booking.com. You're supposed to look it over and change anything on there . That's wrong and since I booked it months and months ago. It's been on there like that misleading people into thinking they have. At least a one way free ride to the property. And it's not true. It actually cost me the same price. $110 US to go from the ferry up to the property and then take another taxi down to THE Airport area where I was staying, which was the exact amount I paid for 2 nights to stay at the property. So I was running out of cash because no taxi drivers on Trinidad or Tobago will take a credit...

"The family host. The experience of preparing food with the family and the rural life. The kindness of the staff and how well organized their preparation for every small detail like preparing the dough, the oven , making the bread, preparing tables and salads. As a matter of fact, i have visited many places and gone through many experiences this year. I rate this one as the most memorable experience. If you are visiting Uzbekistan for many activities, this experience would be adequate to forget about everything else."
