"Уютный, светлый, чистый отель. В номере кондиционер,тв, холодильник, рыльно- мыльные принадлежности. Чайник и воду можно взять на ресепшене. Приветливый персонал. Отличное месторасположение. Посторонних звуков не заметили. На улице велись ремонтные работы, но с закрытым окном их не было слышно."
"Не хватило фена, кружек в номере. Очень мешал спать шелестящий матрац (в плёнке). В кране быстро заканчивалась вода - сначала горячая, потом вся, через время возвращалась. Ещё можно было бы сделать несколько крючков на входе для одежды- места для этого достаточно."
"Хорошее расположение. Рядом автовокзал, метро. Номер просторный. Постель удобная, бельё и полотенца белоснежные. А номере небольшой холодильник. Чайник, посуду и питьевую воду можно спросить у администратора. В номере были одноразовые тапочки, мыло, одноразовые зубные щётки и паста."

"Шумно было ночью, соседи попались очень любвеобильные. А у одного вообще будильник звенел всю ночь. Было бы круто добавить шумоизоляцию. В остальном прекрасное место."

"The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating. Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
