The dish wash soap and toilet paper finished and it took some time until they put a new one

"It was my first time in a capsule bed and it was a fun experience. There were different buttons to control the lights and the fan. There's a TV inside the capsule, too! Just a heads up. That day I checked in, I found out that there are TWO TW Capsule Hotels. they are on the same street, but it's a five to ten-minute walk between these two hotels. I was booked to stay at the capsule hotel, but I had to check in at their other branch. There were no staff at my actual capsule hotel when I arrived so I had to walk back to the other TW Hotel branch and check in from there. After I got my key card, I again had to walk back to my capsule hotel. But all in all, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel."

Note that this is a minor thing, not a big deal. -- I think the AC in the room was not cold enough and I couldn't see a remote control anywhere. But I do understand that I'm not the only one in the room, so maybe the others didn't want the AC to be cold the way I want it. Or maybe the hotel has a standard room temp to follow.

"The location is situated along the main road and close to the city center."

Sorry, but the bed mattress needs to be changed as the springs can be felt and are uncomfortable on the back.

"This was a wonderful hotel that was comfortable, quiet, and pleasant - and a great price. Easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Clean and adequate room, not luxury but nicer than others I've stayed at in CR. Great pool. Shared kitchen space if you want to cook. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. 5 min ride to Jaco, but in a really nice little town that is the total opposite of everything Jaco is - perfect. Will stay again."

Rooms were a little dated but really exactly what I expect in CR. Bathroom/shower was really nice. Great property.

"The owner really cares customers. She helped us to wash our clothes twice. The kitchen is nice and easy to use. The place is on a green mountain."

"Very nice owner and nice staff. And the owner has a good understanding of Vipassana meditation. The facility might not be 100% perfect but the atmosphere here is really peaceful."

"I came by ferry and stayed 2 nights. I did not want to rent a car, so very convenient, as lodge is near pizza place, food truck, sailboat marina and main grocery store. There is a complete kitchen with full size range, oven, refrigerator, sink for the 3 units to use. Nice covered picnic table The owner was fantastic, and even offered to drive me back to the ferry, as it was a Saturday and had the day off work."

I did have a hard time finding place due to only one tiny sign on the opposite side of the road

"Really friendly staff, they contacted me day before and shoved me a video how to reach them, etc. Tried to be accommodating to the best of their ability. They give room flats, towels, there is tea and coffee, place in a fridge and microwave and stove. I liked that while it is a hostel and you're not alone in the room, there is still privacy because each bed is separated by curtains. Under a bed there is a storage space, they give the lock for it. In a bathroom there is a hairdryer."

"Very convenient and clean accommodation. The kitchen area was very nice and big with a lot of left overs from recent travelers. The bathrooms were clean and big. The pods were bigger and more comfortable than I had expected. The location is great for a short stay before a flight in the morning. I would highly recommend this location and stay."

We realized the kitchen did not have a stove or oven, but we food prepped properly so it worked well. No other issues at all.

"The owner, Michael, is extremely accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the Island and how to get around. My room was clean, the sheets seemed starched, with clean pillow cases. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats float by. The people there are nice, as well."

There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. Well worth the price.
