"The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location is perfect and I love the flexibility of having restaurants, bars and everything vibrant all in one place — it makes the whole experience so convenient and enjoyable. I arrived about half an hour early and was advised that check-in would be at 2 PM, but the receptionist, Ketsai, was so kind and professional about it. She took my bags, offered to store them safely, and even arranged for me to be comfortably seated at the restaurant where I planned to have lunch while waiting for my room. Once my room was ready, she personally came to the restaurant, collected my passport and completed my check-in smoothly — it was truly seamless service. I dined at Lola above and the food was delicious and fresh, as always. As a woman, I really appreciate the sense of security when staying here — it feels safe and well-managed, which makes a huge difference to my overall comfort."
