Staff was very kind and accommodating, including allowing us to store our bags for the full day after we checked out so we could explore Interlaken and the surrounding towns a bit more before taking the train home that evening."

"Very happy with my stay. Well kept property with great employees. Although bathrooms and shower were shared, I never had to wait. Everything very clean. Breakfast was full of many choices so ate well. Will stay again next time - very central location for walkers like me."

"The staff is excellent. The rooms are on the top floor of a very nice hotel. To get to the fifth floor you have to walk up from the fourth, but we didn’t find that a problem at all. The rooms on the fifth floor aren’t very big, but certainly adequate for us. Even though the rooms were all filled sharing showers and bathrooms, it was never a problem. The location was perfect for us."

We also had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again."
