"Nice private rooms with clean and shared bathrooms. Only your floor shared the bathroom so you never had an issue waiting for bathroom or showers. Comes with a Basel transport card!"
"Aucun."
"The beds were comfortable, the room was big. The room and bathroom were clean. The water pressure in the shower and the temperature were great. We each got a clean towel. We used tram 16 from the city center. The staff was super nice."
"When you pay the city tax in Basel this includes all public transporting for free and I wished this information was shared before we arrived as we had already bought multiple tickets. The pillows were a bit soft. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway."
"Very convenient location near trams and buses; quiet neighborhood, cool complex. Appreciated the inexpensive breakfast, staff help, and washer. We booked a two-person private room with its own bathroom and it was perfect. Staff helped us dry clothes when the guest dryer broke."
"No screens on the windows (I know this is normal in Europe but I got bitten by mosquitos in our room)!"
"I liked that they provided a transportation card, and there was a kitchen for preparing food. Also, they let me do the check-in before the check-in time. I am glad I stayed here."

"I stayed in the 8-bed women's dorm for one week. Economical price for Switzerland. Good location, 20 min walk from the train station and Bus 50 stop to/from the airport. Excellent online communication with the hostel, and excellent reception staff - friendly, efficient, informative. A card for free city transportation (incl. to the airport) and 50% discount for museums is issued with check-in. Comfortable, clean beds and bathrooms/showers. Spacious lockers in dorm rooms. Nice lockable showers with plenty of space."
"The WC bathroom has 4 stalls which are used by men and women, often at the same time - I personally was quite uncomfortable with that setup. Showers for women and men are separate, but there are 3 shower cabins for women (and presumably the equal number for men), which I think cover the entire fairly large hostel. The showers, however, seem to be infrequently used - it appears that most hostel guests (like me) know to expect a limited number of showers in European hostels, and devise some method of daily personal hygiene other than showering."
"Great location with cool restaurants and events going on around the hostel, public transport nearby, room was large and clean"
"A little hard to find initially based on maps"
"Nice hostel, we stayed as a family in one of the 5-person dorms. Very nice location for visiting Basel zoo, and excellent breakfast. the location is cool built in an old factory. The shared facilities were clean and guests friendly."

"The rooms are spacious for a hostel, and clean. I am referring to the double private rooms, not shared-beds dorms. The shower and bathroom, although outside the rooms, were also spacious, and private!! There were 8 rooms or so, and 3 showers (with private doors, unlike the dorms part where they only have 1 shower room with no privacy and 3 showers in it). Big plus for me. So if you plan to stay, I highly recommend to not take the dorm rooms, take the private rooms with ot without shared bathroom. I added a picture of the shared shower. Switzerland is expensive, and this hostel privided value for low price. Also outside the hostel is tram 15, bus 36, and it's close to main station SBB. Staff were friendly. Check in/out was easy."
"The room was a bit hot. Blankets and pillows were small. Overall nothing wrong, I'm being very petty."
"Like probably most people, I came there mainly cause of the price and this was my first stay at a hostel. I didn't expect much yet when I arrived I got much more than (I thought) I paid for. Destination is great, right next to both a tram and bus stop. Rooms had many beds but never felt crowded. We all got lockers for our stuff. Whole hostel was clean and had a cool urban vibe. Apart from the showers, there was also a community stove, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board... everything you would need. Staff was super friendly. Everyone could take free coffee or tea at the lobby and the buffet breakfast was only 8CHF per day, which is cheap for Swiss standards. And on top of all that, everyone gets the Basel Card which gives a bunch of amenities in the city. Oh and also, the receptionist, on the day I was leaving, had a cool hat."
"No real issues except that the person next to me snored loudly, but that's not the hotels fault :D. I also was surprised that I didn't get a towel with my sheets, but to be fair I didn't have a need to shower and they would have probably given me one if I asked, considering they gave me everything else."
"Clean, nicely decorated and affordable. Really recommend!"

"Amazing location, about a 2-3 minute uphill walk from the train station and about a 5 min walk from the main bus stop (which takes you to Eiger Express for skiing at Grindelwald-Wengen). Because the hotel is situated on a hill, you get beautiful views of the Eiger and surrounding mountains. Hotel lobby is super cozy and the breakfast is great!"
