"Probably the best value for the money for the value I ever had. The employees were amazing, friendly, helpful. They helped us with parking (there is much cheaper hotel parking then any alternative nearby), with public transport (gave us the free tickets for the city), advises and all. Both the receptionist and the breakfast lady where great, and I am really grateful for making our stay very pleasant. The rooms were comfy and clean. Is a bit more older style hotel, not the most modern, but all is clean, functional, comfy, nice. The location is very close to old town, and most of the stuff is walking distance. Breakfast was great, even my picky kids were amazed and happy."

"Yes, elevator is a must if you stayed in 5th floor. Place is very near to metro, a 2-3mins walk and 15mins walk to Lake Geneva. Reception & breakfast ladies we're so accomodating, thank you!"
"For a 5 people with 3 beds, there is only 2 plug-ins and it's just beside in 1 bed. I hope you can install also beside all 2 beds."
"Family room was perfect for our family of 5, rare to find a room for all of us together. Beds were very comfy. Pepper steak dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Female employee who checked us in and served us dinner was lovely and very helpful and patient with us. As were the two male employees in the restaurant that night."
