"My family and I had an amazing stay at Chalet Rosa B&B. We booked two rooms, and one of them had a beautiful view of the waterfalls....it was absolutely breathtaking to wake up to every morning. Both rooms were clean, comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. They were always available. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day, and the whole place is surrounded by stunning nature. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend Chalet Rosa B&B for families or anyone looking for a warm, scenic, and memorable experience. We hope to come back again!"

"The location was great. We had to park a ways away and we had to pay for parking. The rooms were comfortable with a good view of the waterfall. The common area was nice and we ate our dinner there. Breakfast was great! Easy check out."
"The shower was great but there is mold on the ceiling over the shower. May need a stronger fan."
"Beautiful small hotel with an excellent location. Close to everything. It was very cozy. It was one of our favorite hotels on our trip and we stayed in some great places. It was very rustic feeling yet had everything we needed. Parking at the hotel was great. Walkable to the cable cars and trains. It was just perfect and breakfast was so good too!"

"Tip - read the instructions closely, including the links. We failed to do so and had some difficulty getting the keys and finding the apartment. Our mistake!!! Once we sorted things out, the host at the rental office was very polite and helpful! The kitchen was outdated, 70s style, but was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and some niceties; tee, seasonings, etc. Great hot water throughout; it was nearly instant! We discovered, well after checkout, that we had left an expensive item in the room. The rental office staff were very helpful in getting us back into the apartment to retrieve it!"
