"We arrived early but the lady at registration called the maid and told her to clean our room next and then she brought us coffee and a hazelnut cookie (delicious). Other members of the staff were SO FRIENDLY. They would engage in conversation like old friends. My friend had a lot of requests and they were very promote (bringing extra pillow)"

"Excellent location, and a good customer service. The food was good and have enough links to public transport (train or bus to move around). You have enough restaurant joints around hotel and station to suit your taste pallette. The train and bus station is walkable."
"Though the facilities seems fine, the chair was not maintained properly and lack of power sockets. It is highly recommended to check the Swiss socket type as not all the universal adapter has such option, especially if your cables are heavy."
