"Extremely convenient location right next to the train station so you are not lugging your bags across town. Also next to a bus stop to get to Matterhorn Ski Paradise, so easy!! Short walk from Sunnegga as well. Staff was so kind, flexible, and helpful. The rooms & facilities were very clean and I felt so comfortable here. The room was a bit hot at night so don’t wear your warmest pajamas. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a better hostel experience. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Super close to the center of Zermatt—just a short walk from the train station, an absolutely amazing location. The bathroom and surrounding areas were very clean and really comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful; she upgraded our room so both rooms had mountain views and even gave us a locker in advance, anticipating it might get full. The Portuguese cleaning lady was also nice."

"Aggie, the manager with whom I was communicating before the stay, was friendly and helpful in our interactions. All of the other staff were great too. Beds were comfy, kitchen and common area were lovely for cooking our big group meals."

"Rooms get really stuffy at night. Felt like it was hard to get oxygen sometimes. Nothing that opening the door for a few minutes a few times per day couldn't help, though."
