"I didn't request a quiet room but it was quiet. The room was spacious. the location was great."

"For such a nice room it was hard to believe that there was a charge for drinking water. That was a disappointment and initially turned us off. The breakfast was fine but nothing special."

"Hot tub could be warmer and sauna had no light inside. Bathtub deep, great for a bath but not easy to get in and out of, needs another grab bar in the back end. Heat in room didn't seem adjustable, but warm not cold.."

The staff was the highlight, continually going out of their way to be friendly and ensure that we had an exceptional stay. And, it is in a perfect location. "I would've liked the hotel transportation to be complimentary for guests, but instead they charged a fee when most of the places are near each other. We only needed help during checkout when taking our bags to the train station which is blocks away but with time against us, it would've definitely made a difference."
