"There was nothing we didn't like."
"Location, amenities , leave luggages before and after check in/out and friendly staff"
"Pillow a bit too soft"
"Excellent location. Clean uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The junior suite had a massive patio. We would come back to the Kipling Manotel!😎"

"Decent hotel for Geneva, an expensive city. Breakfast is okay...not as good as other hotels we stayed at because the selection wasn't as large. The location worked for us because it was easy to access from central train station (took train from airport). The location isn't near all the sites but we didn't mind the walk and it was easy to get transit to CERN (highly recommend), the UN (1 hour tour was too expensive - saw the Assembly Hall and a meeting room and wandered around with guide who was hard to hear) and the Red Cross (don't recommend this - just not enough to see/learn and it was relatively expensive) No problem walking to the Jet D'eau. (about 20 minutes from hotel)"
"Room is a bit small compared to others we stayed at on this trip but probably comparable to other Geneva hotels in same price range. Not right in the Old Town but that was okay with us based on what we wanted to see and do."
"Location, nice staff and room decoration/design."
"Worried that security and safety could be an issue - doesn't seem like more than one staff in evenings. Loved the kettle for coffee."
"This is the ultimate best value place for families, with connecting rooms (hard to find), very reasonable price and a great breakfast (take it with the booking) in a neighbourhood between the train station and the ultra centre (boring) that has all the restaurants of the world cuisine (we counted 20+ countries represented)"
"cannot find anything wrong. maybe it isn't the luxury feel of the Ritz but it is also 10x cheaper so..."
"Comfortable hotel in a great location, walking distance to train station and restaurants, shops, lake. Staff very friendly, clean and well maintained."
"Room was well equipped but quite small. Breakfast was okay, nothing grand. You could end up in a room with two twin beds pushed together no matter how much you pay or what you request!"
"Great location. Close to train station, bus and tram. Lots of places to eat nearby. Nice decoration in the hotel and very good lassi at breakfast!"
"There's only one lift and it can take a little patience for it to arrive. I opted for the stairs during my stay so it didn't bother me too much. My room was facing the main street so the morning starts early with garbage trucks etc. Not a big issue with windows closed."
"Traditional furniture. Good location near the gare and trams. Short walk to the lake. Great Breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great bath tub."
