"The location is fantastic with ample parking and great facilities. Being able to use the spa was a great additiona and the staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help in all cases with additional linen etc."

The chalet could have been a little cleaner on arrival and the utensils are quite sparse when travelling as 2 families.

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.

"Nice house in quiet neighbourhood, hostess was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for our group of four people. We had a hired car and from the house had easy access to Chobe park gate for a drive and to the river for a boat cruise. For those without a vehicle the host is able to book excursions."
