"Food and Restaurant Experience Breakfast offered a minimal choice. The continental buffet consisted mainly of pastries (croissants and bread served with butter and jam), coffee, tea and juice, all offered buffet-style for self-service. There were fresh fruits, no yoghurt, no charcuterie, and only one type of cereal available. Hot items, such as eggs, were only provided on request rather than being part of the standard offering. Overall, the breakfast fell short of what would reasonably be expected from a continental breakfast buffet in a hotel of this category. The evening meal I was served at the restaurant had clearly been reheated. The vegetables were overcooked, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I reported the issue to the staff, and to their credit, I was not charged for the dish. This gesture was appreciated. Swimming Pool and Information Accuracy The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having an indoor swimming pool; however, this information is incorrect. The hotel only has an outdoor swimming pool. Moreover, the swimming pool was closed throughout my stay (11-14 Dec 25). What is most concerning is that none of the booking websites, nor the hotel’s own online information, made any mention of this closure. Overall, the staff were courteous, attentive and made genuine efforts to address individual concerns where possible. However, the issues experienced highlight shortcomings at a management level, particularly in terms of oversight, communication and quality control."

"They never made it known that the swimming pool is having major repairs done. The swimming pool is one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel it brings an air of calm. Except this stay there was the constant banging of the workers doing the repair. Once the pool is completed it will be even better than before."

"The pool area and pool could do with update. Inside pool too needs a good clean around tiles above waterline. Surround needs changing as it is harsh on feet and a bit dirty to walk barefoot. Maybe they could use some form of nonslip tiles in a wider area around the pool."
