"I overall had a pleasant experience during my stay in this hotel. I would like to get the attention of General Manager Mr. Khurshed Alam and Owner Mr. Taher on a particular employee named Zahidul Islam. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam provided outstanding customer service to me. Zahidul Islam is a talented, sharp and intelligent employee. I believe promoting Zahidul Islam to other pivotal positions at Elite Palace will maximize the growth and output of the hotel.
