Positive point:
"The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the main square, hence being central while being quite. The room was comfortable and surprisingly big. It also had a window with views on the neighborhood and close to some of the best waffles in town. There is a fee-based public garage right next door to the hotel."
Negative point:
"The reception staff was a bit inconsistent. Some incredibly helpful and some a bit disengaged. Oddly, the front desk could be unattended even during the day if the staff double-up with work in the breakfast area."

"the room was amazing! the bathtub and fire place especially were a beautiful plus. very very comfy and made the experience even more special. and the best was the service of the people working there. front desk/reception are the best people on earth, helping with everything. thanks so much again from the bottom of my heart for all!"

"The location is simply fantastic. In 2 minutes you can walk to the very heart of Antwerp. There are cafeterias and restaurants just around the corner and yet the house is in a very quiet street."

"- I was surprised to be asked for a 500eur damage/caution money when we arrived. The host said that this is written on the website but it is not very clear/obvious. It made me a bit stressed. - It is a pity that you are welcomed by a very bad smell of fish when you arrive. The street stinks of fish. - Beware that the house is not suitable for young kids or for people who cannot go up and downs stairs very easily (a lot of stairs + stairs without protection) - not much privacy in the bedrooms, doors don't lock properly and sound travels easily (-;"
