Positive point:

"Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly communication. Parking not a problem nearby. Good coffee machine with capsules provided."

Negative point:

"The door is not insulated at all. I was lucky the guy next door stopped snoring soon enough so I could fall asleep. There is a microwave, but no dishes or cutlery. Some ashes on the window sill and a very faint smell of smoke in the room."
