"No good for cooking - 0 appliances, but perfect for short-term stays! I wish I stayed longer :D Late check in through the gate is a great cherry on top! Perfect for late night airport travellers such as myself - you basically get a whole villa."

"Renovated and furnished to a high standard. The mattress and pillows are of very high quality which provides excellent sleep. The staff, Raya and Daisy are very helpful and always there to help. Check-in is very smooth and there is a reception open until five which is a great advantage. I highly recommend."

"The room was a very quiet and comfortable place to come back to for the night after a day exploring Sofia. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. The owners were very nice and chill, always just hanging out in the cafe downstairs. Just a couple streets away from the “center” of Sofia, we walked everywhere. I liked the vibe and aesthetic of the place too!"
Negative point:
"The wifi didn’t work too well — we ended up just using our personal data instead. The amenities were a little out-dated, but that’s to be expected for the price and it wasn’t anything non-functional. There was always a faint smell of tobacco, since the downstairs cafe/lobby is always full of cigarette smoke, but we requested a non-smoking room and it wasn’t overpowering."

"Easy to find with good instruction on entry and check in, which was important because we didn't see anyone at the front desk during our 1 day stay."

"Didn't see any front desk staff at all but it wasn't really a problem cause check in instructions were communicated through Booking.com ahead of time."

"Very close to train station, friendly staff who brought us a heater up to the room. Beds were comfortable. If you're going expecting a palace you will be disappointed, but has what you need for a good night's sleep."
