Positive point:
"Dedicated parking spot. Roomy fully equipped kitchen and 2 king size bedrooms made our stay comfortable. Located 5 min walk to a nice beach. Partial view of the water from the upstairs balcony. Complimentary water bottles in the fridge. Washer and drier on site."
Negative point:
"No light bulb in the stairwell and upper hallway made it treacherous at night. The proximity to the main road made it a bit noisy and there was no essentials like salt/pepper/coffee/tea/sugar so be prepared to buy some at the nearby store."

Positive point:
"Da Sugar House is located on the hills above Georgetown. It is a 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Georgetown. The house and garden are beautiful and full of features that are useful for holiday travelers - outdoor grill, games, a deck with a whirlpool. Steve was waiting for us on arrival and showed us the property and all amenities. He even stocked our fridge with some basic food items, as our flight was arriving too late to get to the stores (even beer!). He is very active in the local community and knows a lot of the locals providing services for the tourists. He went out of his way in assisting myself and my two girls to find the perfect activities for the few days we spent here."
Negative point:
"Nothing that really stands out as a negative. Price of the accommodation is standard considering how expensive everything on any of the islands is, and Steve really excels in providing his guests with the added value of local knowledge. He is also super friendly and great to have a chat with about anything Bahamas."
