"Indeed one of our best overall stays to remember and cherish forever ! The entire staff right from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant were very friendly and highly supportive. Special thanks to their manager Ms. Deki who is a very hard working professional. She was always available and ensured that she engaged with guests and kept a close eye on her operations too. We got a stunning room on the first floor with door to ceiling glass windows all around giving us a 180 degree view of mountains and heavenly skies. The food served was very delicious be it through room service or everyday morning breakfast. The entire staff is very humble, friendly and supportive and they never make you feel away from home. In these three days we felt like they were our family in Bhutan - Paro. Highly recommend to all travellers if you want to be close the market and yet get stunning views of the mountains !!! This is truly Amazing!!!!"

"This is a stunning hotel, built and styled in a traditional Bhutanese manner. Our room was simply beautiful. The hotel graciously upgraded us to a full suite and it was lovely. The staff were attentive and incredibly polite."

"The dinner while good was a bit fussy. A few more options with some Indian dishes would have been welcome. The breakfast however was delicious and had lots of options."
