"The hotel is very new and the location is perfect. Rooms and facilities are spotless but it is the staff of the hotel that makes the real difference: everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Every single person (from the management of the hotel, to the front-desk, to the restaurant/F&B staff) embodies the spirit and friendliness of Bhutan; they really went above and beyond to make my stay unique. I’d really like to thank everyone (Nim, Sangay, Pema T, Ratna, Choki, Pema and my amazing guide Yangchen - just to mention few names) for the amazing stay and to make me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back, my home away from home."

"Personnel where very collaborative and tried to help. I had a problem with some oil dripping inside my suitcase and everyone was willing to help."

"It is a bit far away from downtown Thimpu. I would have appreciated more dinner and breakfast options."
