"The room which was quiet and facing the Chobe river was impressive and satisfactory. The quality of the food and service at the restaurant was above average. The staff, especially in charge of safari and boat cruise were friendly and attentive."

"We learned about the renovation of the pool and main hall only when we arrived. As a matter of fact, the pictures of the pool and main building was one of the reason we have chosen this hotel. It is highly recommended to inform precisely in advance about the renovation who booked or about to book, otherwise one will feel that availability of the facility is under expectation."

"The breakfast was good and served well on time, hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful"

"The cost of transfer to Victoria Falls, too high"

"The staff were exceptionally attentive with lots of staff available, responsive to my emails ahead of stay, room was clean and well appointed. Lovely shower. We organised a river cruise and transfers which were well organised and seamless. The food was very high quality and breakfast plentiful."
