"Away from noisy Costa Adeje and just a short walk away from cozy La Caleta. Actually the only steep part of the walk is within the complex itself. However... just have a car for the entire stay and you can reach any place on the island easily (the apartment is very well located - close to main roads). We were often even having short drives to La Caleta itself, or closest beaches - like del Duque (easier to find a spot in the evening or early morning). There is a spacy and cool garage with reserved parking spot and an elevator takes you to the level of the apartment, so you're not going to sweat. There's a private small swimming pool with heated water, so you can use it late evening, or very early in the morning when the big community pool is closed."

"The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all essential amenities including cutlery, plates, washing machine, oven, and microwave. Adequate towels were provided, including beach towels, which was very convenient. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely ocean view and a perfect spot to have breakfast. The owner, Dalius, was friendly and helpful. Another great advantage was the ease of getting a taxi to the airport by simply asking the concierge at the nearby Malibu Park Hotel (located right in front of the apartment). The location is also very practical — there are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance for groceries. Fañabé Beach and La Pinta Beach are about a 25-minute walk away, while Playa del Duque is around 40 minutes. Aqualand is very close (just a 5-minute walk), and Siam Park and Siam Mall can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot."
